The bulk of Mr. Robinson's legal practice is the preparation, filing
and prosecution of patent applications in the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office. Mr. Robinson performs related services such as patentability
searches, invalidating prior art searches, product clearance searches
and searches to identify potential infringers of existing patents. Mr.
Robinson is also experienced in post-patent issuance activities such as
the determination of ownership, maintenance and revival of lapsed
patents.
-Mr. Robinson has industry experience in ssoftware,
electronics and computer-related products, and legal experience
in IP-related transfers, licensing, litigation and
due-diligence
activities. Having developed software, one of Mr. Robinson's
distinctive specialties is obtaining patent protection for
software-related
products.
